The easiest way to get PrEP is to get a prescription from an informed doctor, scan it, upload it and purchase online. First your doctor will test to make sure you aren't HIV positive and that your kidneys and liver are working well. At some clinics they have "rapid HIV testing" and can write a script straight away.  At others you will need to make a second appointment to come back and get your script.  You can then use the script to purchase your PrEP from overseas for your personal use.
