By applying for suppor for access to PrEP through The Scheme you agree to the following terms and conditions: PrEPaccessNow provides access to The Scheme for those people having difficulty purchasing PrEP due to financial issues. This support is dependent upon available places within The Scheme. The support may not always be available and you must be aware that PrEP made available to you through The Scheme may not be available to you at any time, despite having gained previous access to PrEP through The Scheme.
If you are considering PrEP through The Scheme, you should talk with a doctor who has HIV or sexual health experience, about whether PrEP is right for you. Being a PrEP user requires regular follow up visits with your doctor. It is essential to monitor for any medication side effects or other issues, including that the medication is being taken correctly .No support is provided for any medical costs associated with the initial or ongoing visits to your doctor. The Scheme does not provide you with medical advice.
The supply of PrEP through The Scheme is made available by Green Cross Pharmacy (The Pharmacy), not by PrEPaccessNOW.
No application will be considered without completion in full of the application form, including sending a copy of the prescription provided by your doctor.
PrEPaccessNOW makes no guarantee as to the success of any application for support, nor of any continued access to PrEP through The Scheme.
The Scheme is dependent upon available PrEP drugs made available by The Pharmacy, and are ordered through The Pharmacy not through PrEPaccessNOW. PrEPaccessNOW does not supply, offer or otherwise dispense PrEP. PrEPaccessNOW does not enter into any agreement other than within these terms and conditions with users of The Scheme, not does it make any guarantees as to the continued availability of PrEP for any user of The Scheme.
